It can be done, I can control my thoughts

What is to "control" our thoughts
to "control" our thoughts is do things that will strengthened our connection mind / innerself

keeping our thoughts focused on what we are doing
when our time is busy and
keeping our thoughts focused and inspired by our innerself when we are on "free time"



IT CAN BE DONE WE CAN CONTROL OUR THOUGHTS

there was a situation in which the following paragraph was very useful to me

"at this moment you may think that it could take a miracle
to control your thoughts but it can be done  many people are working in this,
a message of peace circulates through our minds"

afterwards along some years I formulated different versions of that message

First version
"not by power did we win it
not by might did we gain it
but by our strength of spirit
the spirit of God that is within us"

Second version
"only loving thoughts are welcome
in our minds"

Third version
" we are loving and beloved"
this is true even if at certain moment we feel that nobody cares about us
love is there but we do not perceive it.

Fourth version
"we are grateful"



WHAT  TO DO TO CONTROL OUR THOUGHTS

Pray or meditate

Go to places in order to get thoughts inspired by our deepest innerself;
 walk in nature,
cathedrals, small churches

Have a set of mantras or affirmations that would keep
our minds focused on what we considered the Truth by doing this
we will slowly establishing a connection of mind and innerself.

Be grateful
we pay attention to health that we enjoy,
to persons we love,
material things that we have

Bring down the false perceptions that are affecting us:
fears are based on "wrong" pattern of belief, in order to change them we formulate affirmations suited to that moment

 feelings of loneliness usually arise because our friends or lovers are not at the place where we are to change that feeling we use a mantra that will give us the perception of the love vibration between us and our friends / lovers

Activate self-confidence saying
"I activate, I strengthen the confidence in my self"

Enjoy the feeling of love, enjoy the desire even if even if the other person does not seem to love. Experience the JOY OF LOVE, all what we need is to feel love or just to desire someone.
There is an important barrier to be overcome and that is the pattern of thought has been established in ourselves. We have learned that if we desire someone we have to do something to get her and that is applicable sometimes but there are other times in which the conditions are not appropriate to do something.
The only thing we can do is to change our pattern of thought. The new pattern is "to desire is enough, I just feel satisfied because I desire her, I do not need anything else" if we truly believe on this pattern of thought it will work.


LOVE AT DISTANCE

Sometimes even if we are at the same city the person we love is at a geographical distance
sometimes the distance is large and there are long periods in which we are with the person we love
there is a mantra that is useful for these situations

"I love you
I feel your love
we are grateful"
